Arrived very quickly and with great quality. Only downside was there was slightly to little soil in the package.

Der Kundenservice ist leider nicht gut. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation bei der Reklamation.

Very cool Design and sets of plants you’ll get. Except for the quality of the LED light and the extra plant sprinkler I ordered everything was in good condition.
I think I’ll buy here next time as well.

The box was well organised, everything arrived without damages. The DIY kit was easy to be assembled and the final results is really as in the pictures on the website. For now totally satisfied.

Terrarium container as well as the plants are beautiful. Light in the lid is working and adds a very cozy vibe. I'm very satisfied. Also delivery was straightforward and all items were packed appropriately, so nothing was damaged upon transport.

Good product. Page states recycled glass could have bubbles or imperfections, wasnt expecting stains i cant get off. Or the fruit fly infestation that came with it but sorted now. Also might be an idea to switch up what they glue the lights on with as it was just hanging when i got it. Was also expecting 3pc cushion moss but got some dank flat forrest moss but again, worked around. Overall decent product would recommend

Tiptop

The terrarium itself look gorgeous and arrived well packaged with a lot of thought put into it.
It makes for a great gift and exceeded my expectations. The only critique I have is that one of the plants arrived almost dead. When I requested a replacement, I was told that there are no guarantees during the cold weather, so perhaps consider not ordering when it's cold outside.
Otherwise very happy

A good experience to prepare it yourself and see it growing.

Everything was shipped quickly and well packed. Still I expected the plants to be bigger in size, especially since I‘ve ordered one of the biggest sets available.

Easy to do and looks amazing. Delivery was ultra quick.

Amazing web they deliver your stuff very fast and if you have damaged items immediately they change it
For sure I will buy again from you

Overall a really good Service: )

I‘m so happy with it, it was easy to build and it looks very nice. All the plants were shipped safely and nothing broke. I will definitely order more!

This my second terrarium from Urbanjngl. I bought them as gifts for my husband. I also benefit as I just enjoy them too. It's wonderful watching the plants grow to fill the terrarium. Noah from Urbanjngl is very helpful and promptly replies to queries. I highly recommend this company and its products.
