Culvita Rozengrond is speciaal samengesteld als toevoeging in plantgaten voor tuin-, patio- en potrozen. Waarvoor is deze geschikt:  Culvita Rozengrond kan worden toegepast bij alle rozen. Rozen zijn houtachtige gewassen en hebben om die reden een grond nodig die iets schimmeldominant is. In een wat meer schimmelgedomineerde grond zijn de voedingsstoffen voor de rozengewassen makkelijker beschikbaar. Tevens is door die schimmeldominantie de rozenstruik minder gevoelig voor ziektes. Deze rozengrond bevat organisch gebonden voedingsstoffen voor rozen, welke niet kunnen uitspoelen en een seizoen lang voor de roos beschikbaar blijven. Waarvoor niet geschikt:  Het gebruik van Culvita Rozengrond kent geen beperkingen. Eigenschappen: Culvita Rozengrond is een mengsel van tuinturf, veenmosveen, klei en hoogwaardige humuscompost. Naast een organische basisbemesting en kalk bevat het RhizoPlus. RhizoPlus is een mengsels van mycorrhiza en andere rhizosphere bacteriën en schimmels. Door de toevoeging van RhizoPlus zal de opname van voedsel en water sneller en makkelijker op gang komen. Bovendien bevordert RhizoPlus het natuurlijk evenwicht. Toepassing: Struikrozen in de tuin planten: Deze zak bevat voldoende rozengrond voor 5 rozenstruiken. Graaf een ruim plantgat ter grootte van een van 10 liter emmer. Rozen worden soms zonder kluit geleverd en dienen in dit geval vooraf enige tijd (2 uur) met hun wortels in een emmer water geplaatst te worden, om zich goed vol te zuigen. Plaats de roos met zijn wortels in het plantgat en vul het plantgat met de Culvita Rozengrond. Door de struik iets te schudden tijdens het aanvullen met de rozengrond, komen alle wortels goed in contact met de gronddeeltjes. Geef royaal water, maar voorkom dat er water in het plantgat blijft staan. Vul de rest van het plantgat – indien nodig – aan met de uitgegraven grond. Blijf het eerste jaar na planten regelmatig water geven. De wortels moeten de gelegenheid krijgen om zich in de ondergrond te vestigen en aansluiting te vinden op het grondwater. Een deel van de wortels, de “voedingswortels”, vestigt zich in de bovenlaag en zal door de plant gebruikt worden om voedingsstoffen op te nemen die in de bovenlaag worden gemineraliseerd (vrijgemaakt). Pas op dat u de voedingswortels niet beschadigd door schoffelen en/of harken tussen de struiken. Patio- en potrozen Deze planten worden meestal in pot geleverd. Maak de kluit goed vochtig en klop de plant uit de pot. Wanneer u ze in een grotere pot of plantenbak wilt verpotten, zorg dan dat de nieuwe pot goed schoon is. Wanneer de pot ongeglazuurd is, eerst goed in water laten volzuigen. Leg eventueel op het bodemgat een paar potscherven. Het verdient aanbeveling om wat Culvita Hydrokorrels als drainagelaag onder in de pot te leggen.Vul de nieuwe pot of plantenbak met de Culvita Rozengrond en plant de rozenstruikjes zonder de wortels te beschadigen. Geef royaal water maar zorg dat er geen water in de pot blijft staan. Rozen in potten of bakken moet u tijdens het groei- en bloeiseizoen regelmatig water geven. Wanneer u een pot- of patioroos in de tuin wilt planten dan volgt u de instructies voor struikrozen in de tuin.
