Can I choose a preferred delivery date?

Yes, you can! Before checking out, simply select your desired delivery date in the shopping cart. We’ll ensure your package is shipped in time to arrive on the selected date.

When will my order be delivered?

After receiving your order, we will process your order within 24 hours and orders placed on working days before 12:00 will be processed and shipped the same working day.

Every day, we process several large and small orders through our workshop. We do this with great passion and pleasure for consumers and business customers.

Can I Return my product?

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the package, provided they are in original saleable condition.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like moss, flowers or plants).

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Orders can be returned* or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the package, provided they are in original saleable condition and are not perishable.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need an order number.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@urbanjngl.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label if necessary, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not attempt to ship a terrarium that has already been made. We cannot accept returns on made terrariums or terrarium kits, but if you have any problems with these product(s), always contact us first.

Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. We aim to process returns within 5 working days.

Giving a DIY terrarium as a gift?

Giving a (DIY) terrarium as a gift is a lot of fun. But when giving a (DIY) terrarium, make sure that you take the plants out of the box as soon as possible after receipt, give them water, daylight and some love ❤️

It is best to take the DIY terrarium out of the box upon receipt and assemble it yourself. So don't wait to take the plants out of the box until the day you want to give the terrarium as a gift. The plants will not survive this.

So our advice is;
1. Assemble the terrarium yourself and give it as a gift.
2. After receipt, take the plants out of the box and give them water, daylight and love. On the day you want to give the gift, put the plants back in the paper bags and pack everything to give as a gift.
