Catastrophe shipping and delivery. The product never arrived at its destination.
Five pretended delivery attempts, and the shipping company, DPD, indicated three different reasons for not delivering the package: access impossible, not at home, recipient not living at the indicated address.
The package was returned to the sender.
The DPD customer service assured me that the package will be at my disposal in a proximity point after the second unsuccessful delivery attempt registered on their side like “unsuccessful” but for which somebody was home every time.
On top of that, the URBANJNGL customer service responds in English at an inquiry in French.
Since the website has a French version, a customer service in that language is mandatory. The basic rule of a website since 2000. We are now in 2024.
Conclusion: Go and see elsewhere!

The bottom of the bottle was broken when it was delivered, but it was no problem because I got a new one within two days. Great service!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Und das Glas ist einfach toll. Ober - und Unterteil passen perfekt zusammen. Mit den mitgelieferten Pflanzen sieht es richtig schön aus.
