Plants packed healthy and safe
Our plant terrarium kits are packed with care. We use breathable packaging and custom-designed sturdy boxes to make sure the plants can “breathe” during transport, stay in place, and arrive in top condition. Before they go on their journey, we give them a little extra love and water ;-) so they leave in peak shape.
Travel time for the plants
We make sure the plants are as happy as possible when they leave our warehouse in the Netherlands. On average, delivery across Europe takes around 48 hours, depending on the country. Check the current shipping times here.
Scheduling a specific delivery date
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date. When you check out, you can choose your preferred delivery date in your shopping cart. Around national holidays, delivery services may be busier than usual. We recommend ordering early and keeping in mind that shipping may take a little longer. Once your order is packed, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace link and the estimated delivery time. Learn more about choosing a preferred delivery date.
What to do after receiving plants
Once your plants arrive, unpack them gently but quickly. After their journey, the plants need some fresh air, light, and love. Sometimes plants take a few days to fully adjust to their new environment. Learn more about caring for plants after receipt.
Tip: We recommend not leaving the fresh, living plants in the closed shipping box after delivery.
Gifting a plant terrarium Do-It-Yourself kit
Awesome! If you’re giving the kit within 24 hours, there’s no need to open the shipping box. After 24 hours, we recommend opening the box and gently unpacking the plants so they can get some light, air, and care. If the package had a shipping time of longer than 4 days, we recommend to open the box immediately.
