Raschiatore per fughe manuale - Acciaio zincato - Manico in legno

After my previous review about the missing LED cork and not receiving a response to my emails, the company contacted me and apologised for the inconvenience.

They asked me to measure the opening of my vase so they could send the correct LED cork. I have now received it, and I’m very happy!

The vase looks absolutely beautiful with the lighting, exactly as I had hoped.

Although communication was a bit difficult at first, I really appreciate that they took the time to resolve the issue.

Thank you for making things right! 😊

kam pünktlich in guter Qualität an. Das Einrichten war kein Problem
